THE FIELD

If you are within a field of a certain size (space), you could genuinely move around (within that space).

If you are within a field with some material (substance), you could genuinely create something (out of the material).

However, if you alone existed (with no separate reality), there would be no field bigger than you (since you alone exist).

Hence there would be no field (space) within which you could move, nor any material to create anything into any form.

In the absence of body sensations you are aware (exist).

In the absence of thoughts (mind) you are aware (exist).

Hence awareness alone exists (is real) and is your Self (real nature).

Since there is no material or space in awareness, there is no transformation of any material nor any movement in space.

To understand the truth of this, one need only observe one’s dreams at night.

Each night within your awareness, you imagine a world which seems to be material and seems to exist in space.

The world imagined each night seems to have the same physical solidity as the world you wake up to each morning.

And yet since awareness alone exists, there is no material for creation nor space for any movement in awareness.

Hence the world perceived in the waking state also cannot be real (exist as a material reality in space).

The world (of material within space) is simply imagined within awareness (which has no material or space).

Although the projected world of the waking state moves and transforms: it is not real (since being imagined it does not exist).

The awareness (screen) upon which the world is imagined never moves nor transforms into anything:

This awareness alone is your self. It is self-existent which means you simply are (exist without birth or death).

Hence you being immaterial have never become anything, and being non-spatial have never ever gone anywhere.

Nothing has ever happened. Nothing will ever happen (except as imagination).

Since awareness is more subtle than the physical senses, it is not an object that can ever be experienced by the senses.

And yet this awareness becomes aware of itself (in silence): and hence is realized as being real (existent).

Since awareness alone exists, it is perverted logic to project any purpose upon that which has nothing to accomplish.

Life is imagined purely for play (leela) by no one and by no instruments within awareness (the Self).

This is why mystics often sum up the whole of creation simply as: Raab Di Leela (the play of the Infinite).

Knowing this, remain in your source as awareness and play as you wish.
